Scared to hire a professional organizer? Intimidated at the thought? Think they are super human and must be perfect? Relax! Let me assure you that's not the case.

Many of us come to this profession because we ourselves have had to struggle with the issues of disorder and chaos at some point in our lives and have learned to overcome.

One of my philosophies about the causes of disorder is the fact that life happens and inevitably we can find ourselves behind the power curve. This can happen even to the most organized of individuals. The difference though can be in the degree of chaos that could ensue.

Professional organizers are mostly organized individuals by nature. However, this doesn't make us immune to busy schedules, crisis, depression, illness, and other clutter causing factors. There are even some organizers who have ADD.

You never need to be afraid to ask for help from these experts. True, they have seen it all, but some have had similar experiences as well. Actually, it's the fact that we can empathize that makes us good at what we do. We understand.
